FAQ:

o Where can I get Academic Support/Student Resources for my Project?
- Academic Learning Center (ALC) in Room 113

- Senior Project Coordinators:
  • monacod@barringtonschools.org
  • lenzs@barringtonschools.org

o How do I find a good topic?
- Choose a topic related to your interests!
- Your topic should be about something you don’t know a lot about but are willing to dig into.
- Find a topic that presents a "learning stretch" for you.

o How do I find a mentor?
- Act as though you are preparing for a job interview; dress nicely, give them the facts about your plans, and sell yourself!
- A personal discussion will be far more effective than a phone call.

- If you are having difficulty finding a mentor, allow the Senior Project Coordinators, faculty members and other interested adults to help you locate potential community mentors and other resources.
- Visit the Mentor Database on the Getting Started: Finding a Mentor page!
