Barrington Public School's mission is to empower all students to excel in character, citizenship, collaboration, creativity, communication, and critical thinking, so that they may positively impact the future.
The BHS Senior Project reflects the Vision of the Graduate by serving as a culminating learning experience that promotes all of the aspects of a learner who excels, with an added focus on communication. During the Senior Project Exhibition, students are encouraged to demonstrate the following:
1. Employ clear and connected communication strategies and make it easy for audiences to understand what I am trying to express.
2. Use my knowledge and intuition to challenge audiences beyond what they already think, know or feel.
3. Leverage technology to work efficiently, create high-quality products, and communicate effectively with others.
4. Excite and motivate my audience in ways that make them care about my message.
5. Employ reflective communication strategies to refine and enhance my message with my audience in mind.
